A charming stay with warm staff

The reception staff were genuinely warm and accommodating, and the extensive breakfast options helped start each day perfectly. The hotel's location is prime, offering easy access to the city center.

The shower temperature was tricky to manage was good. My room also had two single beds instead of a double, which took away from the experience.

Liked the way my guest room was arranged with panoramic window and big bathtub. The hotel had a magnificent location next to Santa Claus Statue. There was lots of places nearby that offered food: restaurants and bars. The restaurant was really nice for breakfast, it had delicious dishes.

It is located next to a museum and a tower and that's good! Easy access to bars and cafes which are close to the hotel. The room is well-appointed and functional with modern decor.

I expected a lovely upgrade but ended up with a moldy bathroom and a locked balcony. The reception staff acted like I was asking for the moon! It's almost hilarious how they provide two tiny bottles of water as if we're in a desert. I almost thought to give a good review, but I just couldn't, alas!

I had an excellent roon overlooking the City . The staff were polite and made me feel welcome on my return to the hotel.

No real problems but it would be nice to have more modern televisions with Sky TV .

The hotel was centrally located, clean rooms and a good price

The reception desk advised that I use the hotel parking lot to park my car but never told me it would cost 18 euros per day.

We enjoyed visiting the very nice museums and lively shopping area. The location was perfect, with scenic views from our room. The staff were friendly and the bathroom was great, especially the shower. Definitely recommend checking it out!

We faced a weird check-in procedure where they requested a hold on our credit card for future expenses.

This place suits me perfectly, with great amenities like free wi-fi, fitness center, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost car keys on my first stay. I'm coming back for a holiday!

We had stayed at this hotel before and was very pleased when we were looking on the website that we were able to do a good deal by booking and paying well in advance

The entire attitude of the Staff was excellent

I loved my city view room. It had lots of space and large windows. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh Dutch cheeses and delicious bread. The staff moved my bags while I explored. I relaxed in the sauna after a long day 🌟

Rustige kamer.

I had to pay 50 euro each night (150 euro in my case) as a kind of debt in case if you use the mini bar or make other costs. If you don't use anything, you receive this money back (minus the taxes of rotterdam, more than 6 euro each night). Instead of feeling welkom, you feel like a possible thief....The use of computer in the lobby isn't free. I had to pay for dinner. So, it's all about money... I booked the 'tuinkamer' but saw only roof ...

The total stay was really good with one extra night.
